c'est ma première expérience avec cette application, j'ai du trouvé une personne très rapidement car j'ai pris des vacances sur un coup de tête. Je suis tombée sur le profile de Alessandra et c'était une évidence. Une personne très gentille et bienveillante tant pour les animaux que pour le propriétaire.
J'ai reçu à chacun de ses passages, des photos de mes chats.
Elle s'est occupée de mes deux chats Muffin et Cookie avec beaucoup d'amour, d'ailleurs mes chats on très vite apprécier la présence d'Alessandra.

"Our cat Rio instantly liked Sara when she first came to visit us, and he was clearly very happy to have her as a sitter. Sara send us messages with photos and videos every time she went to see him, which was great, especially since this was the first time Rio was alone at home for a whole week. "I cannot recommend Jhosselyne highly enough! She went above and beyond everything she promised in her description and then some. Not only did she take exceptional care of my dog, keeping him happy, entertained, and maintaining his routine, but she also spent extra time playing with him, ensuring he got the love and attention he needed. When my dog unfortunately got sick while I was away, Jhosselyne handled the situation with such care and attention, going out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and safe.
One thing I especially appreciated were the regular updates with lots of pictures. It was so reassuring to see my dog happy and well-cared for even while I was away. I am immensely grateful for her kindness and professionalism. She’s someone I trust completely with my pet, and I am so lucky to have found her. "Silvia was very sweet and loving with both my male and female cat. She took very good care of them and respected that they needed time to get to know her. She kept me updated daily with videos and photos which claimed me down as I worry about my cats well-being.
Both my cats loved her in the end and we will for sure book Silvia again when we need a cat sitter. Highly recommend her for anyone who has sensitive cats. "

"Tainá and Rodrigo are by far the best and most kind cat sitters we have ever met (after years of cat sitting with different people). They took care of our cat for almost one month and did everything to make her feel safe and less lonely. They played with her and even brought her a toy. They are very communicative and kept sending us every day pictures and videos, informing us about how our cat feels and what she does when they get to our home. I can't thank them enough, they are a really amazing couple - and an excellent choice if you are looking for someone friendly and reliable who really loves pets. Absolutely recommended, they deserve more than 5 stars!"
