Hello! My name is Kate. I’ve always had a special connection with animals. I grew up with German Shepherds, so I’m very comfortable around large dogs and have experience caring for them from a young age, helping my dad with feeding, walking, and their everyday care. I’ve also had a cat with a disability who couldn’t use his back legs, and I helped my mum take care of him. At different times in my life, I’ve also had a parrot and a rat, so I’m very comfortable around different kinds of animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them.

Since moving to Luxembourg for my studies, I live in student accommodation where pets are not allowed. I really miss having animals around, which is one of the reasons I would love to pet sit and spend my free time caring for them.

I’m gentle, patient, and affectionate with animals, but I also understand when it’s important to be firm and consistent. I’m not professionally trained in dog training, but I grew up around dogs and understand how to communicate with them and behave responsibly.

I currently also help friends in Luxembourg with their dogs. I’ve often looked after two dogs at once - a large dog and a small Yorkie - including walking, feeding, and spending time with them while their owners were away.

I can offer dog walking, feeding visits, pet sitting, and overnight stays at your home. I’m happy to care for dogs, cats, and other pets depending on their needs. My student schedule is quite flexible, so I can often arrange walks before or after classes, as well as during breaks between classes.

The only limitation is that I cannot host pets at my own accommodation, as animals are not permitted in my student residence. Otherwise, I’d be very happy to adapt to your pet’s routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
